When I called to ask about it, the woman made me feel stupid that I had waited so long to ask about my daughters birth certificate in the first place. Nurses/care team and doctors were absolutely amazing and I would absolutely recommend their birthing center, but the billing staff and phone operators are absolutely horrible.
